Guinness beer cake

Guinness beer cake is ideal for winter time. It is fluffy, sweet and goes perfectly along with any kind of dark beer. Especially with Guinness beer of course 😉

That cake is so easy to prepare. Here is the recipe:

1/4 L dark Guinness beer
250 g margarine
80 g cocoa powder
450 g sugar
1/10 L soy sour cream
2 vanilla sugar 
300 g all-purpose flour
1 baking powder

Use smaller pan to melt margarine. Add bear and remove from heating. Sugar and cocoa powder mix into it and cool down. Use large bowl to foamy mix sour cream. Let it rise up to double volume. Now it is time to mix beer mixture into and then flower with baking powder. Bake it at 180 C for about 1 hour. Than let it cool down.

1 cup soy whipped cream
250 g sugar powdered sugar

Slowly mix both together in a nice fluffy cream. Spread it over the cake.

Once again: serve it with Guinness or any other kind of dark beer. It goes along so well with her perfect chocolate taste 😉
