  2. Very impressive – you got a good smooth cover on that which isn’t easy at all (I tried it went a bit lumpy)

    1. Thank you 😉 It depend on how lucky I am 😀 Usually helps to live it in the fridge right after covering it with jam and before spreading the chocolate…

  3. Beautiful photo. Beautiful cake. It is one of my favorites …brings back memories of a magical day in Saltzburg, Austria. And no, yours in not an ordinary chocolate cake!!!!!

    1. Saltzburg has a wonderful Christmas Market and Mozart Kugeln 😉 It is like in fairy tales there…

      I wasn’t sure about the name. Lately there were large discussions about till when you can still use original name and when you had changed the original recipe too extensively to be allowed using original name 😀
